ABOUT

Passion always leads to purpose.

David's Yoga journey began 15 years ago in a hot Yoga studio. Impressed at first with the changes happening to the physical body, it was when he started to notice the effect it was having on his mind that the journey really began.

 

David has been practicing Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga styles regularly since then, and in 2017 embarked on his 200 hour Yoga teacher training in both London and Spain.


After qualifying as a Yoga Instructor, David's first teaching gig was at a retreat in Turkey. From then, he had been teaching lively, sold-out Hatha and Vinyasa classes in London, whilst working at his corporate job.
 

The more David saw his students grow and change their lives, as Yoga has for him, the more he realised that something had to change.  He  wanted to create an inclusive space where he could help more people become healthier, happier and stronger. He quit the corporate and city life, and a new life in the countryside beckoned......

TEACHING

In addition to a weekly schedule of in-person Yoga classes (book a class here) David also offers:

PRIVATE CLASSES FOR INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES, OR SMALL GROUPS 

The benefits to a private class are:

  • David can work with you on your alignment closely, as well as your understanding of poses, so you can confidently navigate your way through a public Yoga class.

  • You can work on specific poses or parts of the body

  • David can help you develop personalised sequences for self practice

Prices start at £60 per hour.
